How to clear download manager for NMM? I put this same issue on the Skyrim nexus forums itself and have gotten no response, so I'm going to Steam Workshop now. Anyway, my NMM's (Nexus Mod Manager) Download Manager is filled with so many of my downloaded mods that when I try to download a new one, it takes forever to find it in the list of mods. @Rohith also put the asi loader file in the OpenIV folder otherwise none of your rpf mods will work. Put this file dinput8.dll that you can get by going to the OpenIV folder and installing it from the asi manager feature the dll file will load up the openiv asi file which hten load up your rpf mods. A new 'Nexus mod manager' button should be visible on your desktop, as long as you did not turn off the option during the installation process. You can run NMM from.

How To Clear Nexus Mod Manager
Right clicking mods in the plugins list doesnt do anythingIt was never supposed to. They get removed when you disable/uninstall on the Mods tab.Do you have the most recent version of NMM?Have you manually added/removed any mods?Is your plugins.txt file set to read-only?It sounds to me like you've managed to get NMM disconnected from the files it installed so it can't uninstall them. It sounds like you're going to have to go with the nuclear option, delete everything in Data folder than isn't from Vanilla/DLC FO4. Thread cutting haas 1-1/4 npt. Uninstall NMM, delete any files/folders it may leave behind. Then reinstall NMM and install only the mods you want. Did you just delete folders and not run an uninstall?
Did you actually remove all non-vanilla/dlc files from the Data folder as well?While you may have deleted NMM, any Fallout 4 files it modified also needed to be removed. For example, removing NMM didn't undo changes to your plugins.txt file, so when reinstalled, it just read that data back in. It may show you a list of plugins, but they aren't actually installedAlso, there could have been data placed in your registry that was not wiped.The nuclear option involves nuking everything, not just NMM.
You need to get back to a vanilla state.
