The model 10 speakers were an existing product when I joined Sunn in 1978, I am guessing they were introduced in about 1974/5, and discontinued around 1980. They were made in the Sunn Speaker Plant in Williamstown, Kentucky. We built our own speakers and (of course) cabinets from the ground up in this plant. It was an awesome facility. I lucked into this pair of Sunn Model 6M cabs/monitors on local craigs for a. ^Speakers seem fine (Sunn Model 558, btw,) just need surrounds. It really depends on which model pa head it is. If it's the tube model, that is the one sunn I regret selling, but I only sold it because I got it's bigger brother. The amp drive is amazing. My old one was van halen 2 level of angry sounding. Clean, it was ok. Terrible od pedal platform. That's my biggest complaint about the tube pa sunn heads.
